Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days and are strictly SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. Please note that processing days are up to 3 business days, in addition to delivery time. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays. Product-specific delivery times are specified on the table below.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Easter Break - 28th Mar 2024 / 2nd Apr 2024

We will be closed from 5pm 28/03/24 and reopen 9am 02/04/24 for the Easter Break. All orders placed after 1pm on Thursday 28th March, and queries after this period this period will be processed upon our return. We hope you have a great Long Weekend!

• All orders received after 1pm on Thursday 28th Mar 2024 will be processed and received from 2nd Apr 2024, sent out next day delivery

Paint Orders

Bespoke Orders

All paints are bespoke products and are mixed to order. Once an order has been processed by us, we are unable to make any adjustments or amendments to your order, this includes cancellations.

Please note as paints are bespoke products, they may require a signature on delivery. Paints cannot be left in porches/by garages/by front or back doors etc… If you are unable to accept your delivery, it may be taken to a local collection point. 

As we are closed over the weekend, we are unable to process any online paint orders we may receive then until our return on Monday. Therefore those orders will have an expected delivery date from the date of processing (which would be Monday).

Cut Off Time

In order to qualify for Next Working Day Delivery, all orders must be placed by 12pm Mon - Fri. 

 

*Please note we cannot guarantee any delivery times. If your order does not arrive within the estimated time-frame, we cannot be held accountable, nor will we offer any refunds for orders that arrive outside of the delivery time-frame. By accepting our Terms & Conditions during the order process, you are agreeing to these terms.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If you experience a severe delivery delay and we have not notified you of the delay, please get in touch with us.

Mixed Orders

Orders containing different paint brands or paints along with other kinds of products will appear as a split shipment, this is because they are shipped from different locations before being dispatched to the final destination. These orders will arrive in separate packages.

We may modify the prices without prior notice, subject to changes in carrier or internal fees.
